A magical place
A unique facility is now available on the ski area; your skipass includes free entry to Le Lounge. Whether you’re a skier or on foot, in clear weather or when it’s snowing, visit this unmissable place at the top of the Solaise gondola lift.
As you walk in through Le Lounge’s sliding doors and see the animated light display, you’ll know that you’ve entered a magical place. Your children will marvel at the special lighting effects, the owl that appears and the skiers hurtling down the mountain. Let the gentle music soothe you as you walk through the hall.
Panoramic views
Next, head up to the first floor to discover unique panoramic views. The window overlooks the top of the Poum magic carpet, where you can see children setting off on the Sunny Ride fun run. Below that, the ValKids playground proudly flies its flags in the wind, while in the distance, the valley stretches all the way to the impressive Tignes dam.
Continuing your visit to Le Lounge, you’ll discover another room. It offers stunning views over the Solaise area and the ski lifts that take thousands of skiers to the top of the slopes every day. When the weather’s clear, this light-filled room will reveal how the Solaise ski area enjoys incomparable sunlight thanks to its exposure.
Relaxation for all ages
A sunny terrace, deckchairs, panoramic views… the perfect combination for a well-deserved break! When the weather’s bad, enjoy a hot chocolate and a pastry or settle down inside Le Lounge to warm up around the cosy fireplace. You’ll love our comfortable fireside sofas.
Children have their own area too! On the first floor, they can discover the “Kids Lounge” where they can bring little Sunny to life with some colouring in, and watch a television playing non-stop cartoons.
The wood and stone architecture that blends harmoniously into the natural setting make this break as peaceful as it is comforting.
